|Mr. Doug Gresham - Principal|
Mr. Gresham began his education career as a math teacher at Castle for 12 years. During that time, he coached the boys swim team for 10 years, the chess club for 6 years, and was actively involved as Bargaining Chairperson for the Warrick County Teacher's Association.
Mr. Gresham completed his undergraduate work at USI before completing his master's degree and principal's licensure from Indiana Wesleyan.
Besides being actively involved as a small group leader for Crossroads Christian Church, Mr. Gresham enjoys playing paintball and developing his 85-acre farm.
He and his wife have two children.
|Mr. Richard Lance - Assistant Principal|
Mr. Lance is in his third year as an Assistant Principal at Castle High School. He was previously the Principal/Asst. Principal at Tecumseh Jr. Sr. High School since 2001. Before becoming a building administrator, Mr. Lance was a Band/Choir director at Tecumseh and a general music teacher at Elberfeld Elementary for twenty three years.
His wife, Lisa, is a general music teacher at JH Castle Elementary.
Mr. Lance is a board member of the IHSAA and the ISSMA. He also serves as the chair for the Worship committee and choir director at Main Street United Methodist Church in Boonville, IN.
He and his wife have two children, Brock and Carson.
|Mr. Ryan Frazier - Assistant Principal|
Ryan Frazier began his teaching career in the fall of 2003, teaching Social Studies at Central High School. In his seven years at Central, he taught United States History, Government, and Indiana Studies. He also had the opportunity to co-teach United States History and Government with special education teachers in an inclusion setting. His time at Central also included roles as Assistant Baseball Coach, Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, Social Studies Academic Super Bowl Coach, New Teacher Leader, member of the Freshmen Transition Committee, and member of the Commencement Committee. Prior to coming to Castle, Ryan was an Assistant Principal at Harrison High School.
Ryan graduated from Central High School in 1998. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education Social Studies in 2003 from the University of Evansville, where he was also a member of the Purple Aces baseball team. His Master’s Degree in Educational Administration was completed in the summer of 2010 through Ball State University.
Ryan and his wife Abbey have three children.
